Wasabi Mayo Pancake Hot Dog

Ingredients:
  • Itoham Arabiki Chicken Sausage 1 pack
  • Pancake mix 200 g.
  • Eggs 2 eggs
  • Milk 360 ml.
  • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp.
  • Mayo ½ cup
  • Wasabi 1 tbsp.
  • Pickled cucumber ⅓ cup
  • Tomato ½ cup
  • Salad mix 1 cup
Cooking methods:
  • Mix pancake-mix with eggs and milk well. Then add butter into the pan. Fry pancake-mixture well on both sides and set aside.
  • Mix mayo and wasabi well.
  • Blanch Itoham Arabiki Chicken Sausage with little butter.
  • Place mix-salad, fresh tomato, pickled cucumber and Itoham Arabiki Chicken Sausage on the pancake, dressing with wasabi mayo then it is ready to be served.
