Smoked Hot Dog Corn Dog
Here comes Korean street food like Corn dog with a twist for a much easier way. All we need for this menu are bread, cheese and chicken smoked hot dog, roll them together then deep fried this golden. The signature smoked scent adds a savory sensation to the smooth and flavorful sausage, combined with melty cheese perfectly.
Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken hot dog 4 pcs.
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- No-edge plain while bread 4 pcs.
- Panko breadcrumb 1 cup
- Egg 2 eggs
- Deep fried oil 4 cups
- Ketchup to taste
Cooking methods:
- Flatten the bread as thin as you can then place mozzarella cheese on with smoked chicken sausage. Roll them well and wrap it tight then set aside.
- Unwrap the stuffed bread, soak in a beaten egg bowl, coat fully in panko breadcrumb.
- Deep fry in medium heat until it turns golden brown. Rest for a while then stick on a skewer, serve with ketchup.
