Smoked Hot Dog Corn Dog

Here comes Korean street food like Corn dog with a twist for a much easier way. All we need for this menu are bread, cheese and chicken smoked hot dog, roll them together then deep fried this golden. The signature smoked scent adds a savory sensation to the smooth and flavorful sausage, combined with melty cheese perfectly.

Ingredients:
  • Smoked chicken hot dog 4 pcs.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • No-edge plain while bread 4 pcs.
  • Panko breadcrumb 1 cup
  • Egg 2 eggs
  • Deep fried oil 4 cups
  • Ketchup to taste
Cooking methods:
  • Flatten the bread as thin as you can then place mozzarella cheese on with smoked chicken sausage. Roll them well and wrap it tight then set aside.
  • Unwrap the stuffed bread, soak in a beaten egg bowl, coat fully in panko breadcrumb.
  • Deep fry in medium heat until it turns golden brown. Rest for a while then stick on a skewer, serve with ketchup.
