Cocktails Satay Chicken Breast
Good party is a party with cocktails. Today’s creation menu is chicken breast sateh cocktails, which surprisingly easy and delicious with the original sateh seasoning. Just grill well in the pan and a little fancy decoration, you’ll get a fun and colorful dish to your party. The chicken breast is juicy and soft with all the sateh spices in the sauce, paired with a bite size bread top with fresh cucumber and chili on top.
Ingredients:
- Cucumber ¼ cup
- Red onion ¼ cup
- Capsicum annum 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaf 2 tbsp
- Toasted white bread 5 pcs.
- Sateh sauces ½ cup
- Vegetable oil (a bit)
Cooking methods:
- Brush little oil on the pan to grill the sateh chicken breast with medium heat until well cooked.
- Place the chicken breast in the serving glass with sate sauce on the bottom. Top with cucumber, chili, bread piece and coriander leaf for garnish.
