Steamed Pork Neck with Ginger and Chili Paste

Ingredients:
  • Betagro Pork Neck 1 Pack
  • Julienne/minced ginger 1 Tablespoon
  • Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  • Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  • White soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  • Chili paste 1 Tablespoon
  • Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  • White pepper ½ Teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  • Water 400 ml.
Cooking methods:
  • Marinate Pork neck with Oyster sauce, White soy sauce, Chili paste, Sesame oil, White pepper, and sugar.
  • Pour water in the pot and put the pot on the stove. Turn the heat on medium. When the water boils, put Pork neck, julienne/minced ginger, garlic, and onion. Wait until it boils again and turn the heat on low. Continue boiling for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, take the Betagro pork neck out and cut into pieces. Then, top with sauce we cooked with the pork.
