Grilled Pork Steak with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
- S-Pure Pork Loin 2 pieces
- Sliced Champignon mushroom 2 mushrooms
- Spinach 30 g.
- Butter 15 g.
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Whipping cream 120 g.
- Chicken stock 100 ml.
Cooking methods:
- Over low heat, pour olive oil and then butter into the pan
- Grill pork loin in the pan and turn over to another side when it is cooked. When the pork is cooked, put the pork on the side.
- Over medium heat, put butter and sliced champignon mushroom. Stir until the mushrooms are dry.
- Pout chicken stock into the pan, then corn flour mixed with water and then stir them well.
- Season with salt and then put spinach and grilled pork into the pan.
- Simmer until the sauce is absorbed into the pork. Then this dish is ready to be served.
