Pork Belly Kimchi Stew

Ingredients:
- S-Pure Pork Belly1 piece
- S-Pure egg1 egg
- Kimchi50 g.
- Gochujang sauce 20 g.
- Enoki mushroom30 g.
- Soft Japanese tofu1 piece
- Japanese spring onion30 g.
- Shoyu2 tbsp
- Water700 ml
- Sesame oil2 tbsp
Cooking methods:
- Cut pork belly into pieces
- Grill pork belly in the pan over medium heat until cooked on both sides
- Cut the tofu into a bite-size
- Cut enoki mushroom into half
- Slices Japanese spring onion
- Pour sesame oil into the pot
- Stir-fry spring onion in the pot until cooked, and then pour water into the pot
- Follow by kimchi, gochujang sauce and shoyu. Then mix them well.
- Then put enoki mushroom, Japanese tofu, and grilled pork belly into the pot
- Separate the egg york and put it on top of the stew. The dish is ready to be served.
