Pork Belly Kimchi Stew

Ingredients:
  • S-Pure Pork Belly1 piece
  • S-Pure egg1 egg
  • Kimchi50 g.
  • Gochujang sauce 20 g.
  • Enoki mushroom30 g.
  • Soft Japanese tofu1 piece
  • Japanese spring onion30 g.
  • Shoyu2 tbsp
  • Water700 ml
  • Sesame oil2 tbsp
Cooking methods:
  • Cut pork belly into pieces
  • Grill pork belly in the pan over medium heat until cooked on both sides
  • Cut the tofu into a bite-size
  • Cut enoki mushroom into half
  • Slices Japanese spring onion
  • Pour sesame oil into the pot
  • Stir-fry spring onion in the pot until cooked, and then pour water into the pot
  • Follow by kimchi, gochujang sauce and shoyu. Then mix them well.
  • Then put enoki mushroom, Japanese tofu, and grilled pork belly into the pot
  • Separate the egg york and put it on top of the stew. The dish is ready to be served.
