Baked Chicken Thighs with Purple Potatoes and Zucchini

Ingredients:
- S-Pure Chicken thigh 1 piece
- Purple potatoes 100 g.
- Onion 50 g.
- Zucchini 100 g.
- Coconut oil 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Sliced coriander 5 g.
- Sliced spring onion 5 g.
Cooking methods:
- Cut the purple potatoes into pieces, and slice the zucchini
- Bring chicken thigh, purple potatoes and zucchini into the oven. Set to 180℃ for 30 minutes
- Heat the pan and pour the coconut oil into the pan
