Crispy Cheese Bread with Egg Lava
Surprise menu with easy and little ingredients to make a delicious perfect breakfast. Crispy Cheese Bread with Egg Lava from fresh and perfect round egg with crispy cheese creates a tasty breakfast to start a lively day!
Ingredients:
- Parmesan Cheese ½ cup
- Bread 1 piece
- Betagro Egg no.2 1 egg
- Ground white pepper (a little bit)
- Mince parsley (garnish)
Cooking methods:
- Use the egg ring mole to pierce in the middle of the bread
- Heat the pan over medium heat. Place the bread in the pan and then crack the Betagro Egg No.2 into the middle of the pierced bread and then change into low heat.
- When the egg is cooked, sprinkle parmesan cheese around the bread (all 4 sides) and use a Rubber/Silicone scraper to fold the melted cheese into the bread. Repeat this step to create 3 layers of melted cheese.
- Sprinkle ground white pepper and garnish with mince parsley. The dish is ready to serve.
